Eligibility for the Bonus: You or any member of our dedicated staff must complete at least 56 hours with the referred client to become eligible for the cash bonus.

Referral Terms & Conditions 2024
Definitions:
Referral: A healthcare facility not previously contracted with Medicare People or a worker who hasn’t been with Medicare People in the last 12 months.
Referral Bonus: A cash bonus of £200 for each successful referral.
Referral Date: The date Medicare People receives the referral.
Referrer: The person recommending a potential new client.
Qualifying Criteria: Conditions that must be met for the referrer to earn the bonus.
Scheme: The program designed by Medicare People to facilitate referrals and bonus payments.
Temporary Placements: Workers engaged for specific periods, seasonal, or casual work.
Scheme Details: Medicare People’s ‘Refer A Friend’ scheme rewards referrers with a £200 cash bonus if they or any of our staff complete a minimum of 56 hours with the referred facility. This scheme applies to referrals made between 19 November 2024 and 31 December 2025.
Qualifying Criteria:
Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted via phone, email, post, or the online form on the Medicare People website. The referral will be contacted by a consultant to register them as a new worker and secure work engagements.
Professions: The referral must be a registered healthcare facility.
Worked Hours: The bonus is payable once the referrer or any of our staff completes the required hours with the referral.
Referral Bonus Payment:
Bonus Amount: £200 for each referred healthcare facility.
Claiming the Bonus: Referrers must claim their bonus within three months after the referral completes the required hours by contacting their relevant consultant.
Payment: The bonus is paid once the qualifying criteria are met and the referrer requests payment.
General Terms: Medicare People reserves the right to reject a referral bonus payment request if:
The referral has registered with Medicare People in the past 12 months.
The referral has not met the qualifying criteria.
The referral currently works for Medicare People.
Any other justifiable reason deemed by Medicare People.
Medicare People also reserves the right to:
Vary the terms and conditions of the scheme at its discretion.
Cancel or discontinue the scheme without paying outstanding claims, introducing a replacement scheme, offering compensation, or informing referrers
Refer a client and earn up to £200 in cash.
