To become a Medicare People registered Nurse, Healthcare Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Speech & Language Therapist, you'll need to provide documentation of your identity, qualifications, and references. We also require all registered candidates to adhere to our internal compliance standards, as outlined in the NHS National Framework Agreement.

Required Documentation
Please find the required documentation listed below:
Passport: Original or a verified copy
Proof of right to work: Not applicable to UK or EU citizens
Proof of UK address: Two utility bills
Completed Registration Form: Signed and dated
Passport Photos: Two (digital is acceptable)
Latest CV: Full work history without breaks
Professional References: Two from most recent employers (last two years)
Professional Body Registration: HCPC
Enhanced DBS Check: Formerly CRB Disclosure
Police Report: From Country of Origin (within 3 months of UK arrival)
Mandatory Training: Manual Handling and Basic Life Support certificates (less than 1 year old)
Proof of Immunisations:
Hepatitis B: Lab report (blood test) showing a titer level within 5 years
Rubella: Lab report (blood test) showing positive immunity or evidence of two MMR vaccinations
Varicella: Self-declaration of chickenpox or shingles, or a lab report showing positive immunity
Tuberculosis: Written proof of a BCG scar sighted by an OH Nurse/Doctor or a TB skin test within 2 years
Measles and Mumps: Lab report (blood test) showing positive immunity or evidence of two MMR vaccinations
